staniverse

staniverse is my own media circuit about GenAI, XR, automation and digital culture. At this point it is not just a channel but an infrastructure: Telegram for the live flow, YouTube for long formats, and a digital garden on Markdown/Quartz where content does not dissolve in the feed but keeps living and connecting with projects.

The essence

staniverse is my own media circuit about GenAI, XR, automation and digital culture. In essence it is no longer just a channel but an infrastructure: Telegram for the live flow, YouTube for long formats, and a digital garden on Markdown/Quartz where content does not dissolve in the feed but keeps living and connecting with projects.

Status and horizon

The project is active. The horizon is to turn scattered platforms into a single system: Telegram for the live flow, YouTube for long formats, Obsidian/Quartz for the “home” where everything is stored, linked and keeps living.

Why now

Most of the good content dies inside the feed. staniverse matters to me as an attempt to assemble a media system in which the flow, the archive, knowledge and future projects are connected to each other instead of living as random fragments of publications. It is at the same time an authored medium, a research environment and a base from which larger lines grow.

Goals

  • Think and speak about technology publicly, without the guru act and the upsell
  • Make free educational materials and guides
  • Build a sustainable digital garden out of the channel and the archive
  • Influence the world positively through education, open tools and a meaningful use of AI

What has been done

  • A Telegram channel and a YouTube direction have been established
  • Large materials and guides have appeared, including texts about virtual assistants and AI agents
  • The idea of a digital garden based on local markdown files and Quartz has been settled
  • The project has become a source for cases, research notes and future product ideas

Immediate focus

  • Assemble a stable structure for the digital garden
  • Pull the best materials into the format of long-lived articles and pages
  • Describe clearly what exactly people get from the project beyond a personal channel
  • Add concrete examples of the strongest videos and articles
  • Clarify which formats were the main ones: YouTube, Telegram, articles, vertical videos
  • Assemble a separate block about the AI production pipeline

Interfaces and platforms

  • Telegram as a flow of short thoughts, observations and quick reactions;
  • YouTube as a layer of long formats and visual explanation;
  • the site / digital garden on Markdown and Quartz as the long-term home of the content;
  • project and case pages as a bridge between media, portfolio and future products.

Format and artefacts

  • Telegram
  • YouTube
  • long-form articles
  • digital garden / archive

Production

A separate line of the project is content production: topics and visual presentation, recording and editing of materials, educational and explanatory formats, experiments with GenAI, virtual characters and XR tools, the technical pipeline of recording and production. The producing case is dated 2023 and no longer lives separately in the portfolio: it describes the work inside staniverse itself.

Content is built around several lines: a tech blog about GenAI and XR, explanatory materials and tutorials, authorial experiments with virtual characters, video, sound generation and automations. Inside this circuit I do not simply record and edit videos — I design the workflow for a specific format.

For some materials a full stack of GenAI tools was used: script, graphics, video fragments, voice, music and editing refinement. This is not just an interest in technology but the ability to turn it into a media format: not “to report the news” but to show how it works in a real pipeline.

Stack and tools

  • Telegram
  • YouTube
  • Obsidian
  • Quartz
  • AI tools for research and production
  • OBS
  • Unity
  • VRChat SDK
  • ChatGPT
  • Flux
  • Minimax
  • ElevenLabs
  • Suno

What is needed next

  • stabilise the architecture of the digital garden;
  • understand which materials become long-lived articles and which stay in the flow;
  • shape the project so that it is understandable not only to a reader but also to possible co-authors, partners and clients;
  • determine which production roles are worth strengthening over time: editing, design, research, distribution.

Skills and roles

  • tech communication
  • authored media
  • education through content
  • building my own knowledge system
  • tech blogging
  • educational video production
  • hybrid use of AI tools
  • developing authored formats around complex technologies
  • editing and packaging digital experiments into understandable content

Public value

  • Free guides and explanations of complex technologies for a wide audience
  • Popularising open and more thoughtful digital practices
  • A link between technology, culture and the preservation of heritage
  • An environment from which projects like MetaVyatka, Protected Vyatka, Albina, Mnemoform (formerly Parametrick) and OmniPub grow

Results / potential

staniverse can influence the world positively precisely as a connecting environment: showing technology in human language, helping people master tools without the cult of “successful success”, and keeping what usually disappears in the feed. This is no longer just a channel but an ecosystem from which cases, products and cultural projects grow.
