The brief
Build an official website for the regional financial literacy centre that works as a clear information hub for the residents of the Kirov region and as a working tool for collecting enquiries and applications.
Context
This is not just a promo website but a useful service resource with a social function. It had to explain a complex topic in plain language and at the same time support the work of the centre through forms, applications and notifications.
The client was connected to the Ministry of Finance circuit. That adds weight to the case as work with institutional and educational subject matter, but with the current density of material it is reasonable to keep it in the story rather than among the featured items.
Solution
The website was assembled on Tilda. Beyond the design and the technical implementation, the integration scenarios matter in this case: applications and registrations could be pushed into a CRM, and notifications about new enquiries sent to Telegram and Google Sheets.
Thanks to that the website played two roles at once: an external one, as a public entry point for the audience, and an internal one, as a working tool for handling interest and enquiries.
The legal layer of working with websites showed up separately here as well: when a project has forms, applications, analytics and integrations, you need to understand not only where the data goes but also how it is explained to the user, which consents are collected and how compatible all of it is with local personal data requirements.
